How can I track my order?

Are you looking to track your order? When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from contact@likemychoice.com with your tracking number. Depending on the product ordered, the email could take up to 3 business days to be sent. Once you receive the email, enter your tracking number below to check your delivery status quickly.

Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updated within a few business days. Depending on the destination, the order may take a few days to be delivered.

Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?

We try our best to ensure you don't have to pay additional import or customs taxes/duties. However, sometimes it is out of our control for local tax laws.

If you are charged additional taxes/duties at the border, you are responsible for the initial payments imposed by your local tax department. However, do email us the situation afterward. And we will see if we can find ways to remedy you in your next purchase or by offering you dedicated discount codes.

COVID-19 (Coranavirus) Information

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, high shipping demand, shortage of workforces, and stringent customs policy and procedures, the actual parcel arrival time is deemed to vary(sometimes shorter than estimates). The majority part of the logistic chain is out of our control. We recommend tracking your shipments and contacting your local couriers for updates with our provided tracking code. Alternatively, if you are worried and unsure, you are welcome to contact us to enquire about the shipment status on your behalf.
